The unplanned bike trip! After a long long time. A much-needed break! The rainy weather was like icing on the cake! 🙂 Chilling wind, the chirping of birds, floating clouds like you wanna touch it, tiny droplets creating the music like ‘tap..tap..tap..’ and along with that our journey started zoooomm zooooommmmm…..! 😀 So here what we enjoyed and some clicks we could capture.
7:30 a.m. : We started the long ride. We took a route towards Lonavala. Here we are with the first selfie.
8:00 a.m. : While we were on the way to Lonavala we stopped at one place nearby highway. Just only because I saw the Banyan tree! 😛 Which reminds the childhood days. Hanging on banyan tree! Have you ever tried? We almost spent 15-20 min just to enjoy those childhood moments. 🙂 Then wore the rain coats as rain already started and then resumed our journey.
9:00 a.m. : When you see Maganlal Chhiki Shops at the entrance of the city means you are in Lonavala! 😛 We had actually 2-3 options to spend the time but we directly went to the ‘Lion Point’. You can also go to ‘Bhusi dam’. The ‘Lion Point’ is our all time favorite place to be. The route towards this destination is also super cool! Have a look here.
9:15 a.m. : Stopped here for Photography. How could one can resist himself to capture that amazing view! It was just wow! You can see the floating clouds, the rain was not heavy and as it was the first rain of the season so no heavy waterfalls were there but yes you can have the glimpse of waterfalls! 😀 We almost spent 20 min over there, enjoyed the beauty and headed towards the Lion Point.
10:00 a.m. : Reached the ‘Lion Point’. It’s not so far from where we resumed the journey but it started raining heavily and I could say that it was zero visibility at that moment. Parked our bike and found a shelter to stand. Everything was looking so beautiful that perhaps I have no words to describe it at all! It was a speechless moment. Only you can say is ‘wow’!
10:20 a.m. : The rain had stopped and it was the time to roam just around and capture few more clicks. My man took his camera and then one after another click..click..click..! 😀 Have a look here. Clicks after the rain!
11:00 a.m. : How one could miss the hot tea/coffee in this rainy weather? So we thought to have something while we return. Even there also you can have everything you wana eat like ‘Bhajiya’, ‘Vadapav’, ‘Meggi’, ‘Chai’ and lot more…! Seems mouth watering, right? 😉 But we avoided at the same place as it was open space so we thought to have something where we can sit,eat,chit-chat and can play melody songs and can capture more clicks and…. ! 😀
11:25 a.m. : Finally we stopped at one place. So now it is the time to have tea with hot and spicy VadaP Pav! And yes, with spicy fried chilies! 😛 We were recalling the whole journey like how we suddenly decided to go for a long ride and we just left in the early morning. It is always fun when you plan to go somewhere which is totally unplanned!
12:00 p.m. : We left from there and now we could not capture anything as it was raining heavily and we kept our mobiles and camera inside the bag. So now it’s the time to only enjoy the nature.
1:30 p.m. : We reached home. Had the lunch with family and then took rest for a while. Even if I close my eyes right now, I am feeling like I’m still at the edge of the hill and the wind touching my face! I can still feel the smell of the rain!
Suddenly the random thoughts kept popping in my mind. Have you ever thought who fills such color in everything? Why are the leaves green? Why everything seems so beautiful and colorful after the rain? Why the birds are chirping? Who is doing all these? Have you ever sat silent and observed the nature? Have you ever felt the music played when leaves are dancing cause of the wind? The music of water when it is running? Have you ever seen the droplets slipping from the leaves? If you have ever observed and felt those things then I would say you are living in the lap of nature! 🙂
